Justin Bieber made the boldest move, according to internet reports, to tag the Queen of Christmas Mariah Carey on his new Christmas CD to be released November 1st. Mariah, on her credit, boasts the best selling Christmas CD of all time with "Merry Christmas" which was released in November 1, 1994. It has since sold 15 million units worldwide. Mariah's first Christmas album also produced the modern classic "All I Want For Christmas Is You" and has since dominated the airwaves every Christmas. Her second Christmas CD aptly called "Merry Christmas II You" also brought her back to top of Billboard's Adult Contemporary chart with "Oh Santa!"
Mariah's inclusion to the widely anticipated Bieber Christmas album made another wave of online attention. Enormous attention. Beliebers and lambs are debating on its commercial impact as well as the artistic and how the two voices will converge into one Christmas anthem.While some are not feeling the collaboration, eternal lambs and other Beliebers wished the collaboration to be epic, or even ruling the sales and radio airplay for Christmas 2011 and beyond.
