Twin Rock Beach Resort in Igang, Virac, Catanduanes is a must-see place whenever I'm in Virac. I've seen this place since 20 years ago and the magic of this place never pales to amaze me. No, it's got no nice swimming beach due to seaweeds on the shorelines but has some lagoon from the left side where one can enjoy diving and swimming.


One thing that I can connect to here is the scenery. It's just captivating.


On this chance, I gathered up my family, whoever is available and made our trip there. Took some pictures and experimented my version of the rush menu for chicken inasal.

The chicken was only included in the menu on our way. So we dropped off the wet market, bought the ingredients - chicken (leg is the only available when we got there), ginger, native vinegar, ground pepper, soy sauce. That's the combo I used and just splashed a good amount of Virac's native vinegar and that's it. Marinated the chicken for about an hour and have it barbeque-d slowly.
