It will be my third time to eat this in 7 years (1st try: Megamall branch near skating rink, 2nd try: Muñoz branch but the store is no longer there; 3rd try: Villar St/Valero St branch near Citibank Makati) and the taste changed a lot from mouth-itchy heavy tomato version to creamy almost-melts-in-your mouth.

But the serving did not change!

I remember this one instance in their Megamall in 2002 when with my classmates, we queued for a curious Greenwich version of lasagna. It was a long wait at 30 minutes considering that it's supposed to be fast-food near the Megamall Food Court. I was served with this miniscule, almost unbelievably small portion and was exaggeratedly David-and-Goliath in comparison. With my jaws still dropped, my fiesty femme classmate snapped back at the crew and aired out her discontent and dismay. The crew only answered she'll have the manager come over who never came. We just left the place and just eat the food... we're too hungry for any argument.

This incident recurred in their Muñoz branch a year later. But I did not insist because it was raining hard and I need to go home. I ate this lasagna with a heavy heart never to eat their lasagna again.

But I broke it when last week, I gambled for a new try. Before I made the order, I made it clear to the cashier that I want a lasagna that is faithful to what is advertised - a fully bodied, big portion lasagna, similar to the advert picture.

Okay, so another 30-40 minute wait and we're verrrry hungry.

And as expected, it was a verrrrrrrrrry small serving portion but this time, it's so sinfully loaded with cream and I waived over the cashier and told her about our agreement. As usual, she snapped back that it's just what it is... So, again, no more drama, no more further arguments!

And op cors, I have to eat. It's Php 80 a piece. LoLz

Mariah debuted the artwork for the CD - her 12th full-length studio recording and a follow-up to last-year's platinum-selling E=MC2 - in a post on her official web site on Thursday afternoon.

Memoirs' cover art features not one, but three photos of Mariah, who looks as alluring as ever in a smimpy, white sorta-dress. The album is scheduled to hit record stores on Aug. 25.

Mariah Carey isn't shy about expressing her emotions. In fact, a tiny little song and album she released called Emotions ended up being one of the biggest of her almost two decade long career. It's this reason why MiMi couldn't choose just one image for the cover of her latest album, Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel, being released August 25.

The diva revealed the cover exclusively for fans today on her official website. "The reason I chose to use 3 images for the cover is cos there are a lot of different emotions and stories revealed on this album," Carey said on her Twitter page.

Among the stories is the tale of a dude clinging to the hopes of being in Mariah's good graces as told in her new single, "Obsessed".

Several online sources including the UK Daily Mirror and WhatsOnStage are revealing that Mariah Carey is hoping to star in a play in London's West End next spring. The singer is believed to have held a series of talks with a major UK theatre producer, who has offered her a £15,000-per-week contract.

An anonymous source told the Daily Mirror: "Mariah's done a bit of acting in her time but nothing on this scale. She was hugely flattered to have been asked and is determined to nail the part, she is pretty confident in her own abilities. Although there's been talk of musicals Mariah has always wanted to star in a play, so this really is a dream come true."

Carey is due to release her new album, "Memoirs Of An Imperfect Angel", on August 25th.

Way back in 2003 it was reported that Carey was said to be having lessons in voice projection, diction and how to walk elegantly in the run up to a proposed West End debut as Elsie in The Sleeping Prince by Terrence Ratigan. Elsie is the role made famous by Marilyn Monroe in the 1957 movie The Prince and the Showgirl opposite Laurence Olivier. The Rattigan estate confirmed the plans and it was to be produced by Bill Kenwright. Perhaps this is the project that will indeed bring her to the UK stage?

We are so conflicted about Mariah Carey, but one thing we're certain of is that she's simply bursting with amusing blog fodder. The most interesting tidbit to come about regarding MOAIA is that Mariah promises to deliver an album in the vein of Butterfly, which is easily one of her best. But then her collaborator The-Dream completely ruins it with this revelation:

If there's one thing we absolutely loved about Butterfly, it was the passive-aggressive responses to "haters". Oh wait, Butterfly didn't have any of that! So what could young Terious be talking about? HHDX suggests the target is Eminem who, even with Sacha Baron Cohen's package in his face, still manages to ruffle a few feathers. And is it possible that this fiery, upsetting, effing retarded record that will light up the blogs is "Obsessed"? We have a few more days to find out. MARIAH CAREY REMIX PUTS THE "G IN GHETTO"

Mariah Carey is collaborating with Gucci, and this time, it's not on her designer ensemble. The superstar hinted that she recorded a remix to "Obsessed", the first single off her new album Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel, with an unspecified rapper.
"Listening to 'Obsessed' remix on repeat, guest rapper, can't tell you who it is but he put the G in Ghetto," tweeted her friend Jasmine Dotiwala. "Sick combo-hotness." The special guest has been revealed as Gucci Mane.
In an interview with DJ Drama on Hot 107.9 in Atlanta, the ATL-raised MC confirmed that he was in the studio with Mariah and laid down a verse on the remix to "Obsessed". Gucci has a strong presence on the underground scene. His highest commercial-charting hit was "Freaky Gurl" off 2006's Hard to Kill.
The original version of "Obsessed" will premiere on Tuesday on Chicago's B96.
