I'm obsessed!

Darn! I'm too obsessed to vanquish hypertension. I've been reading materials for 3 years now since I first knew I had it but the recent discoveries and awakenings made me become obsessed to conquer this disease.

Getting the right doctor, giving myself the highest priority and managing stress triggers made my adventure a great start. Opps... I'm calling it an adventure because it's stressful to just think that I have it. I'm not technically denying I had it but I want the idea that anything that you put yourself into will give you a better day. And multiply it daily. So, I'm re-phrasing it to appear it more appealing to the senses. lol.

There are those who sham your bliss with arrogance, bland ignorance, utter distractions and blatant lies. Let them f*ck themselves. (Ooopss) I prefer to shut this s*ckers off. I can't be exposed to their maladies. If you let them and before you knew it, these vampires tore the flesh out of your bones and suck your blood out, leaving you empty. Haha. Harsh words for harsh realities. Too bad for me back then. But hey, as I have said earlier, if you learn to terminate these termites, you're fine and safe. Just be careful not to entertain these bad thoughts because once you do, you're dead.

So back to bliss. Fill yourself with activities that will make you good. If you think that you are freaking busy with work, think again. Work sucks sometimes. But hey, there's a thing called balance and management and you have to be strategic to learn them...big time.

I did. And I am pretty in good doing it.

Basics:

1 - Shut off negativities or any hint of it. Go away from the epicenter. Office gossips, backbitings and stuff exist. They may appear normal but they, shake it off. Shut your ears with earbods when you sense it's coming.

2 - Listen to your favorite music. If you're feeling rebellious and warfreak, get a rock music from Metallica and Guns N Roses. Bonjovi is subtle but they can serve the purpose. Def Leppard is good too. Take their "Enter the Sandman" song and you'll be fine. Shout as the music plays. Be careful that you're not in the workplace when you do that. I'm usually a Mariah hardcore, so it's routine for me to get a Mariah song to relieve me. LoL. Her new hit beats really take you away and give you what you want, when you want it.

3 - Take a walk. Leave your work area. Get some air outside.

4 - Laugh out LOUD! LOLz...

5 - Be nice to yourself, to everybody, to mother earth, to the whole wide world. If somebody is bad, be nice pa rin and leave them. Remember, you can't be exposed to bad elements. LoL..
