Here it goes:

Life is too short to wake up with regrets. So love the people who treat you right. Forget about the ones who don't. Believe everything happens for a reason. If you get a second chance, grab it with both hands. If it changes your life, let it. Nobody said life would be easy, they just promised it would be worth it.

Relax your mind and humble your heart to focus on Christ. Allow God to be the only person on your mind while you read this prayer. If we can take the time to read long jokes , stories, etc., we should give the same respect to this prayer. Friends, who pray together, stay together.

A Beautiful Morning Prayer
Dear Lord,

I thank You for this day. I thank You for my being able to see and to hear this morning. I'm blessed because You are a forgiving God and an understanding God. You have done so much for me and You keep on blessing me.

Forgive me this day for everything I have done, said or thought that was not pleasing to You. I ask now for Your forgiveness.

Please keep me safe from all danger and harm. Help me to start this day with a new attitude and plenty of gratitude. Let me make the best of each and every day to clear my mind so that I can hear from You.

Please broaden my mind that I can accept all things. Let me not whine and whimper over things I have no control over. Let me continue to see sin through God's eyes and acknowledge it as evil. And when I sin, let me repent, and confess with my mouth my wrongdoing, and receive the forgiveness of God.

And when this world closes in on me, let me remember Jesus' example -- to slip away and find a quiet place to pray. It's the best response when I'm pushed beyond my limits. I know that when I can't pray, You listen to my heart.

Continue to use me to do Your will. Continue to bless me that I may be a blessing to others. Keep me strong that I may help the weak. Keep me uplifted that I may have words of encouragement for others.

I pray for those who are lost and can't find their way. I pray for those who are misjudged and misunderstood. I pray for those who don't know You intimately. I pray for those who don't believe. But I thank you that I believe.

I believe that God changes people and God changes things. I pray for all my sisters and brothers. For each and every family member in their households. I pray for peace, love and joy in their homes that they are out of debt and all their needs are met.

I pray that every eye that reads this knows there is no problem, circumstance, or situation greater than God. Every battle is in Your hands for You to fight. I pray that these words be received into the hearts of every eye that sees them and every mouth that confesses them willingly..

This is my prayer.

I always loved the idea of making movies. The recent past did not just made it all happen. There are various reasons that I was not able to do it:

(1) Lack of passion (Read: interest should be a continuing event, else you loose fire, I lost some fire and rekindled them in a while);

(2) Tools (I did not have enough tools - software and hardware to get it all done. My past computer just break down because of these and that.)

(3) Focus (The world is really full of distractions. I lost most of it most of the time. Work is the number distraction. LoL)

(4) Subject (It takes a lot of energy, effort, coordination and skill in talking to people to get around your idea and sometime you just have to repeat to square 1 over and over again. It sucks sometimes, but hey, that's part of it.)

(5) Production (Ain't nothing is free in the metro. So, I would have some few doubts if the effort is worth the time. Time is money. I lost time, I lost money.)

I ain't really reader friendly when writing nowadays. Sigh.. LoL.

Anyway, back to topic. I just created my first full length MTV. Yup, that's Mandy Television, este, music TV. And the song is called "Voulez Vous." The song was lifted from the movie called "Mamma Mia," based on the ABBA music.

Based on this unscheduled production, I got indirectly invited to do it. So, upon confirmation from everybody that nobody's aint gonna do it, I call my shots. I just have to do it for the sake of getting the team claim their own MTV. I'm not even part of their capability but I did not mind. I just love the team to get their MTV done. And it would be a real challenge for me to get an MTV done.

So, I started listening to this unlikely song. I even forgot this part in the movie. But, hey, there's YouTube, so I guess I found the cue. But - what's the music all about?! It posed a real problem. I was restless for one weekend just trying to dissect what the song is all about and what's the fuzz of having titled it in French! Then there's wikipedia. The internet really works if you're hectic and there's such a very short notice.

I scavenged YouTube to look for inspiration and I got Britney's first hit "Baby One More Time" as the possible opening act for my MTV. But hey, Voulez Vous is a disco song with lots of dancing expected and I'm exhausted to scouting talents from the team who can deliver a dance sequence.

Anyway - I'm sleepy now, so I'll continue from where I left off sometime back.

Darn! I'm too obsessed to vanquish hypertension. I've been reading materials for 3 years now since I first knew I had it but the recent discoveries and awakenings made me become obsessed to conquer this disease.

Getting the right doctor, giving myself the highest priority and managing stress triggers made my adventure a great start. Opps... I'm calling it an adventure because it's stressful to just think that I have it. I'm not technically denying I had it but I want the idea that anything that you put yourself into will give you a better day. And multiply it daily. So, I'm re-phrasing it to appear it more appealing to the senses. lol.

There are those who sham your bliss with arrogance, bland ignorance, utter distractions and blatant lies. Let them f*ck themselves. (Ooopss) I prefer to shut this s*ckers off. I can't be exposed to their maladies. If you let them and before you knew it, these vampires tore the flesh out of your bones and suck your blood out, leaving you empty. Haha. Harsh words for harsh realities. Too bad for me back then. But hey, as I have said earlier, if you learn to terminate these termites, you're fine and safe. Just be careful not to entertain these bad thoughts because once you do, you're dead.

So back to bliss. Fill yourself with activities that will make you good. If you think that you are freaking busy with work, think again. Work sucks sometimes. But hey, there's a thing called balance and management and you have to be strategic to learn them...big time.

I did. And I am pretty in good doing it.

Basics:

1 - Shut off negativities or any hint of it. Go away from the epicenter. Office gossips, backbitings and stuff exist. They may appear normal but they, shake it off. Shut your ears with earbods when you sense it's coming.

2 - Listen to your favorite music. If you're feeling rebellious and warfreak, get a rock music from Metallica and Guns N Roses. Bonjovi is subtle but they can serve the purpose. Def Leppard is good too. Take their "Enter the Sandman" song and you'll be fine. Shout as the music plays. Be careful that you're not in the workplace when you do that. I'm usually a Mariah hardcore, so it's routine for me to get a Mariah song to relieve me. LoL. Her new hit beats really take you away and give you what you want, when you want it.

3 - Take a walk. Leave your work area. Get some air outside.

4 - Laugh out LOUD! LOLz...

5 - Be nice to yourself, to everybody, to mother earth, to the whole wide world. If somebody is bad, be nice pa rin and leave them. Remember, you can't be exposed to bad elements. LoL..

Let me try to do a career in reviewing music and movies. Lolz. My first full listen review belongs to the newly released album by the PDA Season 2 scholars. Here it goes:

Paano na kaya – Bugoy

The song emphatically conveys the emotional rollercoaster ride of a friend who unknowingly fell in love with his friend. The song boasts of carefully written lyrics to narrate its story with a chord progression ready to dominate the airwaves. It was such a great radio friendly song. Expect that from Maestro Cayabyab’s expert songwriting skills waiting for the perfect singer to capture the song’s passion. Bugoy’s soulful vocals just made it all happen. His raw voice made the song more appealing. A good start for an upcoming singer. 4/5 stars.

The song is another radio friendly cut. Liezel’s unique vocal qualities can be seen here but it lacks candor. Surprisingly, the track contains Liezel’s voice hitting some high notes which is amusing, making it worth the second listen. Her middle register voice though is lightly delivered missing to give me some goosebumps. Oopss.

Today's sermon is challenging. Its timing is amazingly exacting my present dilemma. It deals with how to treat your “enemies” or those who do you wrong. The anger I felt a week back was slowly fading away like a dandelion “flailing in the wind.” I want to think that way. I normally don’t live on hate. One, it’s not good for my hypertension. Two, it’s a waste of energy. Three, it’s just too bad to store hate into your system. Your body creates more acid and it’s just not good.

Mariah, my favorite singer of all time since 1992, reminds me to do just the same. She wrote a song called “I Wish You Well” off her E=MC2 album released on April 15, 2008.

In a world where either chaos or change is constant, Mariah reminds me to keep it down. Simply, ignore things as before, is rather how I want to put it - keep it low, Mariah whispers.

The last track from her last album, E=MC2 available everywhere worldwide on tax day, April 15th, Mariah pulls an Aretha Franklin sounding track giving her famous vocal range flexibility to flow gently in all crescendo and descresendo throughout the song.
It even listed famous Bible verses to keep the gospel theme articulated. Bottomline, all ain’t doin’ well unless you let Him interfere and all else will be clear and well…

This song is believed to be written for Tommy Mottola’s evil. He’s MC’s ex-hubby who controled and manipulated her life and career during the pre-Butterfly, post-Butterfly era, (Butterfly was Mariah’s album title in 1997.) including the successfully manuevered Glitter disaster. Tommy was believed to have stolen ideas from the Glitter tracks and gave those to J.Lo giving her the no. 1 hits with Ja Rule. Google reminded me it’s "I’m Real" and "Ain’t it Funny (Remix)".

I'm adopting a new name for my blog. I'm calling it Flying Cookies. The symbolism is based on Chinese screen names of actors you can find from the Hero (2002) movie like Broken Sword, Flying Snow, Nameless and Sky.

I've been through some rough seas in the past due to wrong choices or horrific decisions or simple bad luck. Going through a series of rollercoaster rides, I came back to myself and realized that it was just a thought. Feeling bad or whatever you may call it, was actually just about the product of your thoughts. So, when you can control it, why not focus on the bright side.

And the "Feel Good Club" was born and I got yahoo's email account for that: feelgoodclub@yahoo.com. That's mine and its purpose is to remind myself time and again, that despite some chaotic bedlam, somewhere out there, something good awaits you and me.

Finally, boredom before sleeptime led me to sign up my blog #1 over the blogsphere. There's been some running thoughts that always escape my consciousness and I end up forgetting those. Conversely, it won't let me sleep for a while. So, while catching up, why not blog. After all, these thoughts wanted to be freed and let the world know about it.

And... before I forget... I'm naming this the German way: Gewalttatige Gedanken, or literally Random Thoughts. Somebody seemed to be ahead of me in signing up this phrase, so I'd settle for German.
